This is a continuation of my first test wide open of Leica Summilux 50 1.4 ASPH lens, that shows that if yours is not as sharp, you want to get the free tool from here to check your focus adjustment and send your body and lens for calibration to Leica if needed. First I have two images at f1.4. Full crop from the shot bellow. In my findings 5.6 and 1.4 are quite close in the dead center. Actually on this shot I could not see a difference. The angle here does not give a good point of view for the test so check the third image shot from the top at f2.
Full frame shot bellow
The first two images are shot from such angle which does not have a lot of focused pixels in the same filed. To give another perspective with more pixels in the same focal field here is another one shot at f2 straight from the top. I did focus on the plant on the right.
